The form fields (need, project description, budget, timeline, first name, email) are emailed to Valentin Humez for the sole purpose of answering your request. They pass through Resend (email delivery service) and are used for nothing else: no mailing list, no resale, no outreach unrelated to your request.

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6-1-b GDPR). Retention: 3 years from the last exchange, unless a contract extends that for as long as necessary.

This site uses an audience-measurement tool built specifically for it — no Google Analytics, no third-party advertising tracker. It records pages viewed, clicks (to spot friction points, notably on the quote form) and progress through the conversion funnel.

Concretely, and by design:

• no cookie is set. A session id is generated in your browser's sessionStorage— it disappears when the tab closes and so can't recognise you from one visit to the next;
• your IP address is never stored in clear. It's used only, for the duration of the calculation, to produce a one-way fingerprint (hash) that changes every day, to estimate a unique-visitor count without being able to trace back to you;
• an approximate country of origin is derived from that IP address by the host, at the time of the visit — never a city or a street. Only the country code (for example “FR”) is kept, to know where the audience comes from; the IP address itself is not recorded;
• the data is neither combined with any other processing nor passed to a third party for commercial purposes;
• it is kept for 13 months at most, then deleted.

These safeguards match the consent-exemption criteria set by the CNIL (the French data-protection authority) for audience-measurement tools: that is why this site does not force a cookie banner on you for this measurement. You can still opt out at any time below.

The data is stored with Supabase Inc., in a database dedicated to this site, in the EU region. The hosting of the site itself (Vercel Inc.) and the delivery of quote emails (Resend) are based in the United States; these providers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses to frame that transfer.

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding data about you. Write to valentinhumez94@gmail.com — reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

The site is served over HTTPS. Access keys to third-party services (email, database) are never exposed to the browser. The quote form is protected against automated submissions (rate limiting, signed token, honeypot field).
